Could i be pregnant.? With my last pregnancy i didnt get a positive result until 4 weeks after ovulation.?

Im supposed to have my period on the 6th. I Took a first response test it was hpt it was negative. But why did i have a nosebleed. that also happened with my first pregnancy. i think i tested to soon. bc i was about 6 weeks pregnant when i found out with my last one.
