If more strife in the Middle East creates a real oil shortage what will Obama do after tapping the reserves?

We can compare Obama's approach to fixing the Nation's ills to an amateur mechanic who doesn't have clue as to how to fix a broken down car. He just keeps putting on costly new parts in hopes that something will work and making adjustments which only worsen the problem.
