How is my college essay intro?

Leaders, they are the people in charge who run everything and tell others what to do. The group gets a single job done and the leader gets all the credit for it. It's the best possible job in any situation....right? Many people would agree with this statement. There are many leaders and public figures that are extremely well off and comfortable just because they were the ones in charge. However, what price does the leader pay for such as a thing? What mental, emotional and physical strife do they have to go through? When you add everything up, its the hardest job of them all.
