What do I need to file for a joint legal separation?

Me and my husband have decided to do a legal separation in WA state and I wanted to find out what forms I have to file with the court. Does he have to fill out the Response to Petition since he signed the Joinder in the original Petition? Any accurate advice would be appreciated!
