How would you change DREAM ACT so that it would pass congress?

As a teacher, I can tell you that there is nothing I would ever do to help the dream/nightmare act pass. I wish they would allow the teachers who have been forced to educate these illegals from pre-k up tell their horror stories with these so called dream students.
