Do you think this is a fair price?

That's not really a fair price. First off, a 3DS is $250 new, and even though yours is "pretty much" brand new, it's still considered used, and a fair price for that alone should be able $200. Now only one of the games you just mentioned are actually 3DS games, the others are DS. The thing about selling things as a bundle is that it's going to be really hard to find someone who wants every single thing in that bundle. $260 for everything would be a good starting point.
