Does adding a Power Distribution Block decrease the amount of power that goes to my subs?

I have currently ran a power cable and a attached a d-block on it. Whats hooked up to the d-block is a 3000 watt Boss Phantom amp and thats powering 3 1200 watt Sony Xplods. Another amp is a lightning audio amp hooked up to my 2 6X9s and a power horn speaker. Now for some reason my subs dont bang as hard as hard as they used to ever since i installed the lightning audio amp along with the speakers. Oh and my battery is a duralast gold, if that has anything to do with this situation. Please help. What did i do wrong?
