Does Phantom of the Opera ever leave the Majestic Theater and tour around the United States?

Phantom has been running at the Majestic since 1988 constantly and never leaves. The tours (there are none out right now) are completely separate productions. It has only shut down temporarily once, a few years ago, for a few weeks to replace the sound system. It will be open whenever you come.
