Firstly, work on grammar and spelling. Learn the difference between "you're" and "your". Then, ditch the rhyme and write the poem without it. If you really need rhyme, go back afterwards and reword it to rhyme, but you are writing it with a rhyme scheme as the most important thing. Poetry really doesn't have to rhyme.
