Which broadway show should I see, phantom of the opera or billy elliot?

For my birthday gift my parents are taking me to see a broadway show of my choice! I''m pretty sure I want to see either phantom of the opera or billy elliot, but I can't decide which one! Without giving away the major plot points to either, please give your thoughts on the one that you've seen. And if you've seen both, please tell me which one you'd recommend more and why. Thanks!
