Cpu you are looking at is a 1155 socket and the mother board you have listed is a 1366 Socket which are not compatible. You need to look at some thing like the P67 for 1155 or the new Z68. The new Z68 will allow you to use the discrete graphics card you have mentioned as well as the intergrated graphics on the cpu for better video encryption .
