Yugioh can you chain a monster effect to book of moon or call priority in main phase 2?
assume a monster is already on the feild and your player activates book of moon. and you had the intensions of using red eyes dark metal dragons effect. can you still activate his effect to special summon a dragon in response to book of moon?
