Atheists, why do you call scam artists Christians?

There are millions of scam artists in the world today. They are in our infomercials. They claim to be doctors. They claim to be scientists. They claim to be nutritionists. They claim to be fitness experts. They claim to be lawyers. The list goes on and on. Everyone, and I mean everyone, knows that these people are scam artists except for those who are being taken and being scammed. Why do you believe that the scam artists who call themselves Christians, like the televangelists, the radio talk hosts and the churches that demand a tithe so that the pastors can get rich and get huge churches, are really Christians? Is it because you are the poor lushes that are being scammed by them too? This has nothing to do with your ridiculous response of the true Scotsman fallacy. It does not apply to scam artists.
