When YHWH Jehovah inspired the bible writers, did he know how much confusion and strife he was going to cause?

It truly didn't matter because there is no confusion as far as God is concerned. Scripture says He is not the author of confusion but of a sound mind. The truth is that scripture is spiritually discerned and does not depend on the writings of men but the indwelling, leading and teaching of God.
